Breath Control can positively affect your pregnancy, labour and delivery, healing and breastfeeding experience.  With techniques, tools, and knowledge, you will set yourself up for a more pleasant and successful parenting journey.  Knowledge is power and it is the first step in making your transition smooth. With this class, you will learn breath exercises and valuable information for pre and postnatal. I will teach you some of the tools you need to help your pregnancy, birth, postpartum, mental and physical healing, and breastfeeding experience.



This class is design to inform you on the all the breastfeeding techniques, tools, and resources. What you can expect going into breastfeeding, and how to set yourself up for a smother transition into breastfeeding. Also, learning about calming breath techniques can increase the production of oxytocin by activating the vagus nerve and promote relaxation while breastfeeding. Breath Control training can help by pairing relaxation and functional breathing with breastfeeding so that the mother can help her body produce oxytocin and find relaxation on command. As a result have a more efficient, effortless, and a less painful “letdown”and breastfeeding experience.


This breathing course taps into your mental health and intuition, through breath, during pregnancy. This class teaches you to connect to your mind, body, and soul through mindful breathing techniques for labor and birth. It’s designed to offer you the tools to calm your nervous system, which will help you in your planning, make informed choices, and understand your body before, during, and after you give birth. By connecting to your breath, you have the tools to relax your body and progress naturally through your pregnancy and birthing experience, breastfeeding and healing after birth.

The connection between your breath and your heart is the most important relationship you can foster. 

If we connect to our breath, we can regulate our heart rate. And restore the connection to our body. 

So many of us are living in our heads and outside of our bodies. The breath is the way back.

We can regulate our pulse through our breath. In this class we will be able to recognize the change in rhythm of your heart on the inhale and exhale. 

This breath class can help you regulate your heart rate, which will help regulate moods.. sleep.. digestion..learn to respond rather than react in stressful situations.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a condition that affects a woman's emotions, physical health, and behavior during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. PMS is a very common condition. Its symptoms affect more than 90 percent of menstruating women. In some cases causing extreme anxiety and panic attacks.
Much of the PMS symptoms are brought on by the rise of progesterone which increases your ventilation. Hyperventilation causes fatigue, anxiety, increased pain, and exhaustion. 
With this class the breathing techniques will help in the luteal phase of your cycle to help control and relieve most of your PMS symptoms, and also increase energy and help track your symptoms and cycle.
