Finding Balance Through Breath and Movement

I believe that breath is medicine. It serves as the foundation for both mental and physical health, acting as the bridge between a calm mind and a strong, resilient body. My mission is to help you restore functional breathing and rediscover the joy of purposeful movement.

As a Breath Control Therapist and Pilates Instructor in training, I am dedicated to helping you harness the power of your own physiology to find what I call Breath Balance.

Why Breath and Pilates?

Most of us move through our lives disconnected from our natural rhythms. By combining the precision of Pilates with the science of Breath Control Therapy, we create a practice that strengthens the soul as much as the core.

  • Breath Control Therapy: I assist you in restoring functional breathing patterns, teaching you to use the breath as a powerful tool for coping, grounding, better health and mental clarity.

  • Pilates Instruction: We focus on alignment, core stability, and fluid motion. Every movement is intentional, designed to build a body that feels powerful and supported.

I'm Excited to Teach You

Breath Control Therapy has transformed my own life and the lives of those closest to me. This personal transformation is what fuels my excitement to teach you. I take great joy in helping individuals grow, strengthen, and find ease in their daily lives through the breath, balance, and movement.

I am currently based on the beautiful traditional land of the Snuneymuxw First Nation People (also known as Nanaimo) on Vancouver Island. I am teaching both Breath and Pilates classes at Return to Form Kinesiology. I look forward to meeting you and helping you embark on a more comfortable, informed, and empowered path toward well-being.
