Connect to Heart
Breathwork Class
In honor of Women’s Heart Health Month this February, we warmly invite you to join our special "Connect to Heart" breathwork class at My Inner Harbour.
This empowering 45-minute session is designed to guide participants in connecting their breath with their pulse, body, mind, and nervous system.
Benefits of the class include:
-Improving circulation and blood flow throughout the body and lungs
-Alleviate anxiety and stress by calming the nervous system and regulating the heart rate.
-Enhancing sleep quality by inducing relaxation on command.
-Fostering a relationship with your heart and a sense of overall balance.
We invite you to share this enriching experience with us while nurturing your inner strength and contributing to a meaningful cause.

Investment: $35 per person
Donation: 50%of all proceeds will be donated to support initiatives related to women’s heart health.

New and Expecting Mother's Group
Come join the New and Expecting Mothers Group.
A place to connect and support each other through the ups and downs of pregnancy and early parenting.
What to expect -
A monthly group for new and expecting mothers to learn and connect.
These groups will provide:
- Peer support: A safe and welcoming environment for mothers to connect, share experiences, and offer each other encouragement.
-Informative resources: Valuable information and guidance on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum healing, including best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
-Breathwork support: Evidence-based breath control practices to enhance breastfeeding success, manage postpartum stress, and improve overall mental well-being during pregnancy and postpartum.
