I offer a variety of empathic reassuring support services personalised for each individual client. I provide advice on everything from lactation and nutrition to developing a birth and postpartum sanctuary plan.
I will provide non judgemental support with up to date information. With confidence and calmness I will provide you and your family loving, careful, informative postnatal care. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and will help with anything you might need. I pride myself on ensuring every one is comfortable and safe in my presence. This way we will be able to navigate this intimate and sacred time together.
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of raising children can be very scary and stressful. With Breath Control Therapy you will learn to connect your breath with your heart, mind and body. The trifecta of ancient wisdom, modern science and mind body connection will help balance the nervous system, immune system, mind, body and soul.

Meet with me in the comfort of your own home. I know these can be challenging times with a new baby and when you are navigating through this unknown stage of your life. These visits are to ensure you get the best information and care possible during these trying times. Breath Control Therapy Classes are also available through online meetings. Informative and Compassionate
Support groups for all different stages of motherhood. In these groups we have breathing techniques, guided discussions and valuable information and support. You will learn to connect to yourself through breath and to other women through emotional support. By offering Postpartum Support groups, my goal is to reduce stress by allowing women to pay more attention and care to their bodies and emotions.
Group classes, individual private classes or private group classes are available in person or online, to help prepare you for success in the postpartum period. Many women who suffer from postpartum mood disorders have a lack of information and support. In this Class you will learn how to properly care for yourself mind, body and soul. You will discover how much support is out there for you in the postpartum period. Resources and Breathing techniques will be provided to assure that you will be the healthiest mentally and physically you can be for your baby and yourself.

Pregnancy, birth and the days leading up to birth can be very exciting but also scary and stressful. Breathing Techniques can aid in stress and anxiety reduction. I can give you tools to cope with stress and pain management. Using Breath Control Training you can have a valuable mind body connection by calming your nervous system naturally. Lets create a less stressful birthing experience together.
